1. Refund policy
At Motur Associates LLP, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change and our clients may need to make adjustments to their service requests. However, due to the nature of our business as tax and corporate consultant service providers, we are unable to offer refunds for any services that have been performed, except in cases where the service is rejected by Motur Associates LLP.
In the event that Motur Associates LLP rejects a service request, we will promptly refund 100% of the amount paid by the client for that service. We require written proof of the rejection to process the refund. We believe that this policy is fair and provides peace of mind to our clients, knowing that they will not be charged for services that we are unable to provide.
In summary, at Motur Associates LLP, we take pride in the quality of services we provide to our clients. While we are unable to offer refunds for services that have been performed, we will promptly refund 100% of the amount paid for services that we are unable to provide. 2. Cancellation policy
Motur Associates LLP is committed to providing top-quality tax and corporate consulting services to its clients. However, we understand that changes may arise during the course of our services. Any significant changes made by the client to the Services after the conclusion of the contract will enable us to modify the quoted price and/or delivery term. In the event that the client refuses to execute the services, they will be responsible for paying for any work already performed by Motur Associates LLP.
If the client wishes to cancel the services, Motur Associates LLP reserves the right to claim payment for any work already performed and compensation for research hours spent on the remaining services. We will make the work performed available to the client upon request, but we do not accept any responsibility for its quality.
If we have reserved time for executing the Services, we may charge the client 50% of the fee for the non-executed part of the work. The quoted prices will apply only to services that conform to agreed specifications. Motur Associates LLPmay raise the agreed price if we have to perform more work or incur more costs than could reasonably have been foreseen at the contract's conclusion due to working with unclear or challenging client specifications.
Payment for the services supplied under the contract is due before the work's commencement. If agreed by Motur Associates LLP, payments can be made in staged payments for bulk services or within any other term specified in writing. Payment must be net and in full, with no discount, set-off, or suspension, in the invoiced currency. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the client being in default and owing the statutory interest on the invoice amount from the due date until full settlement.
We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. However, if the client has any complaints about the service supplied by Motur Associates LLP, they must submit them in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the service. Lodging a complaint does not release the client from its obligation to pay. If no complaints are made within the agreed term, the service will be deemed to have been fully accepted. We will only act on complaints if we see fit to do so. Changing any part of the project, including translated or edited text at the client's request, does not constitute our acknowledgment of having supplied an inferior service.
In the case of a valid complaint, Motur Associates LLPshall be given a reasonable period of time to improve or substitute the service. If we cannot reasonably perform the required improvements or substitution, we may grant the client a discount. The client's right to complain shall lapse if they have edited or hired others to edit the part or parts of the service concerned in the complaint, regardless of whether they have subsequently supplied the service to a third party or not.
Motur Associates LLPunderstands that clients may have different requirements for their business needs. Therefore, we offer tailor-made solutions based on our clients' unique specifications. However, we reserve the right to refuse to execute services that we deem unethical or illegal. In such cases, we will terminate the contract and refund the client's money, subject to written proof.
3. Complaints and disputes
At Motur Associates LLP, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality tax and corporate consulting services. We understand that from time to time, our clients may have concerns or complaints about the services we provide. We take these matters seriously and encourage clients to bring any issues to our attention as soon as possible.
If a client does have a complaint about our services, they must submit it in writing within 30 days of receiving the service. Failure to submit a complaint within this timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the service, and Motur Associates LLP will only act on complaints if they see fit to do so. It is also important to note that lodging a complaint does not release the client from their obligation to pay for the service provided.
If the complaint is deemed valid, Motur Associates LLP will be granted a reasonable period of time to improve or substitute the service. However, if it is not reasonable to perform the required improvements or substitution, we may offer the client a discount. We reserve the right to refuse any requests for refunds or adjustments that we believe are unreasonable or not in accordance with our policies.
It is also important to note that the client's right to complain will lapse if they edit the part or parts of the service concerned in the complaint themselves or have hired others to edit it, regardless of whether they have subsequently supplied the service to a third party. Additionally, changing any part of the project, including translated or edited text at the client's request, shall in no way constitute an acknowledgement of having supplied an inferior service.
